Play bobbing for apples and win a weekend break
Mela Val Venosta is sponsoring the Italian Apple Bobbing championship, a competition which will tour up and down Italy. Shortest time winners will be offered a weekend hotel break in the Val Venosta. The tour will start in Verona Saturday, April 24th, and then move on to Florence, Saturday, May 8th; Rome Sunday, May 9th; Milan Saturday, May 15th and Turin Saturday, May 16th. Adverperformance has realized a viral marketing programme to promote and support the project: free local press ads, radio commercials, outdoor posters, apple-shaped flyers distribution. In each location a set will be staged suggesting the mountain landscape of the Val Venosta. A web site and a Facebook page have also been created to encourage and promote contacts among contestants and where information about rules and ranking together with pictures of the best “bites” and the entry form can be found. The aim is to improve brand visibility and to establish a closer connection with the consumer.
