Adverperformance and EstCapital together to boost Venice Lido.
Real estate funds administrator EstCapital Group has chosen Adverperformance to carry out a programme of marketing activities relating to the Venice 1 and Venice 2 funds which include some prestige properties in Venice Lido: Hotel Excelsior, Hotel Des Bains, ex Ospedale-al-Mare that will be converted into a luxury housing complex, the beaches and a new building lot in the Malamocco area where a health club, a hotel and cottages will be built.
The projects were presented at the recent Tre-Tourism Real Estate Expo in Venice.
